Tail lights - don't whisper when you need to shout

Everyone likes a soft spoken person with a dulcet voice that is music to the ears. Some of them can be particularly soft in their speech and are barely audible but we do not mind straining to catch the words because in the otherwise high decibel environments that we live in, a quiet moment is very welcome. But now imagine this person had to make you quickly aware that you were facing imminent danger. To use the classic example of needing to let everyone know there was a fire. Then immediately the soft spoken manner becomes a huge disadvantage and what you need at the moment is someone who can holler at the top of their voice.

When you drive the car at night there is an analogous situation that unfolds. When the traffic is less and the speeds are relatively low even a dim tail light will suffice and other drivers on the road will know of the presence of your car. But if the visibility is not good say due to a fog and the traffic is fast as on an expressway, then suddenly you need bright tail lights because the dim ones may go unnoticed. At high speeds when the visibility is not good you do not see much of the car ahead of you at all. All you will be able to see are the tail lights.

And if for example there is heavy rain falling and there is a spray rising from the spinning of the wheels of the car then the driver of the car following you will have the eyes on your tail lights. At that time the safety of your car and that of the car following you hinges a lot on the quality of the tail lights. If the tail lights are dim then a bit of heavy spray may be able to conceal them altogether for a while and the driver of the car following yours can easily make an error thinking that you have increased the speed and gone ahead. But big bright tail lights will not let that happen. They will shine through at all times. The aftermarket tail lights such as the Altezza tail lights do not cost a lot and give you great value for your money. You can see them at www.ilovebodykits.com.
