Swimming is also playing game. Swimming is one of the good exercise. total body Moved in the swimming time.very goosd exercise to the body. Eyes and skin cleaned by the water. Lungs freshen by breathing. Mind goes to the new aides. That is good for health. Swimming is very good habit to a man. Swimming exercise is batter than other exercises.
Some are starts from the child stages. Some old age men are swims in lakes. Some younger are swims in canals. Some pilgrims are swims in the river.
Now days swimming schools in cities to trainup to the people. Some schools are program arranges to coatch swimming. Swims mostly likes in the summer.
