Last year, over 1.2 million vehicles were stolen causing over $7 billion in losses the information was divulged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

When parking inside a commercial lot or garage, give only the ignition key to the attendant. Fourth, cover your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Thieves can use the number to get a duplicate key.
