Powerful Business Cards That Say The Right Words

Submitted by andrewmichaels

These days, whether you have a small business or a Fortune 500 company, you will need every ounce of help you can get especially when you're marketing. This is the reason why many marketing websites have attracted thousands of browsers everyday - to seek advice on what to do with their marketing strategies. And many experts would tell you to start with your business card printing when looking for ways to uplift your business image.

Print business cards are the perfect tools to have in your artillery especially if you're competing for clients and prospects. They are wonderful tools to have if you want your business to be known by many people.

But having an effective and powerful business card is not just about creating an incredible look using the right techniques. You might be able to get the attention of your recipients. But the next question is whether you can keep it? Sure, you got noticed - enough for them to read further what you have written in your business card printing. But are your words enough to appeal to them? Can your words make them want to stop and listen to your message?

This is one of the most ignored marketing elements that many business owners and marketers fail to consider: the words written in the business card. It's not enough that you have the most essential contact information. But what you have extra in your copy can make a whole of difference in the impact you have with your target clients.

Look at your business card right now. Read the words that you have written in it. Have you used the right words to describe your business and what you can do? Have you used the right words in your business card printing for your products and services to appeal to your target customers?

Definitely, the right words can make you look good for your clients and prospects. The right words can actually make buyers out of your leads. Hence, the extra content you add to your usual contact information in your print business cards can distinguish your business from the rest of your competition.

Remember that your business card can be found everywhere - from the hands of your prospects to the bulletin board in your church or even the rolodex of your competition. And your card will surely be pitted out with those of your competitors. The small bit of extra text that would entice your recipients to go for your offer can make a world of difference to your revenue.

Give them the reason to get in touch with you.
Use words such as "It doesn't have to be expensive…" "The advantage…" "We're the best kept secret…" "Investing with us is an investment in your future…" "Don't get stuck with…" "The company that works hard - as hard as you do…" What do these words have in common? They all entice your recipients to call you right away. These words provide your target clients with the reason to get in touch with you after reading your print business card.

Give them a bottom line that they can't resist.
After providing them with the reason to call you, give them the bottom line…something that would make your offer hard to resist. "Save up to _______." "Get HUGE discounts!" "Receive a freebie when you present this card." "Present this card at our store and get a free ______." "Don't pay more for what you need." "Visit our website for a special rebate!" "Get coupons to receive a gift with this card."

Give a closing statement that will clinch a favorable response.
Finally, provide content in your business card that would motivate and encourage your recipient to respond favorably to your offer. A closing statement will certainly clinch the deal with your recipients. "Why settle for anything less when you can have more?" "A rewarding experience awaits you…"

And that's a promise!
