Printing notepads can be fun, easy and breezy! On your own, while at the comfort of your own home during a restless weekend, you can create notepads for your personal use or for distribution to friends and family members. Are your friends a list-maker? They will absolutely love notepads which they can use on a daily basis. They can write on their notepads event reminders, grocery lists, recipes, and other details. You can even give out notepads as gifts or giveaways during parties, reunions, and any other occasion. Postcards are perfect giveaways because they are handy and functional. They can also be turned into awesome mementos.
If you are looking for a fun-filled but productive way to spend your weekends, you may want to print notepads on your own. What you will need are readily available. They can just be found at your own home. Of course, you need a personal computer as well as an inkjet printer. For this design and print project, you will also need the following materials: paper, cardboard; adhesive, clamp, and brush. See, the materials and tools are simple! So, gather all the needed materials and we will start with our tutorial on how to print notepads. - Open your personal computer and create a blank document on your Microsoft Publisher. You can also use design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw, if you like. If you are a design beginner, Microsoft Publisher is your best choice. On the other hand, if you are proficient in publications editing, use the design software of your liking. Once you have created a document, divide the page into four, depending on the size you want. - Create your design template. Apply the basic principles as well as concepts in design, such as balance and symmetry. Since you are going to make personalized notepads, you can make the most unique designs possible. You can include the names of the recipients, for example, and customize each notepad accordingly. If you are going to make notepads for your female friends, make sure that the design elements fit them well. Consider your target receivers. - Once you are done with the design template, run a test print. This is to make sure that what you see on your computer screen is the same as what goes out of the printer. Create the necessary changes once you have the test print. It would be a waste of paper and your time if you print all the sheets, and finding out that there are certain flaws on the design template. Once you are satisfied with the test print, print the sheets and cut them accordingly. - Stack the paper you have that were cut depending on your desired length and width. Ensure that all the pages are even. Put the front and back covers. Using a clamp, hold the pages and the covers together. Using a brush, apply a glue on one end of the stack. Let the glue dry before applying another coat. Once the second coat is finished, viola - a print notepad. See, the process is easy. In just a few hours, you can print notepads on your own. You can use this at school or in the office. You can also distribute to friends and family. Print notepads are functional, so everyone will appreciate receiving these.
