When you're in business there is something you need more than anything else…and that is clients! You can't very well conduct a business without one. And you certainly cannot be successful if you only have a few. This is the reason why you always have to have a foolproof plan to get new clients. And for you to do so here are strategies to help you:
Go back to the basics…connect with your loyal and previous clients, even those who has purchased only once from you. You have to reconnect with them and catch up with what's happening in their lives. This is especially true for those who made referrals for you. Send them hand written custom greeting cards particularly that the holiday season is less than a month away. Letting these clients know that you still appreciate them in your greeting card printing can go a long way for you to get them again as customers. They already know your business and what you can do; thus, it would be easier for you to market with them again. Be consistent with connecting with clients…it should be done regularly. You should not only do it now that you want to increase your client base. Marketing your business should be consistent. Your customers and prospects should be able to see you every time. So make yourself visible. Send out newsletters, custom greeting cards and other sales paraphernalia. Make sure that they know you're still out there ready to provide them with what they need and want. Be an expert…and establish yourself as an authority in a specific area in your chosen niche. Be the go-to person for your clients. Be the one they think of every time they are in need of that particular solution you're offering. Get noticed. Make them see you among the competition in your niche. Be a businessman…and think like one. Always think of how you can leverage your time and effort to create new clients. Explore creative ideas to reach out to more people. And always think of ways to promote what you have for your business. Which leads us to… Never stop marketing…to stay in the game. You should not make yourself invisible. People might presume you've gone bankrupt or something. They need to know that you're still out there ready to give them the perfect solution to their problems. Let them know that you're still the expert in your field. Make them aware of you. The only way you can do that is to consistently market what you have for your business. The key to having clients coming in your door is to regularly be out there. The more your target clients see you, the more they'll be aware and remember your brand of business.
