So how often do you stay in touch with your clients? Do you constantly reach out to your clients and prospects? Do you regularly connect with them to continuously build the trust needed to keep your business growing successfully? More often than not, many of you might answer that you're doing it when you have time to do it. You might even say that your marketing collaterals such as your letterhead printing or brochures are being sent on a monthly basis so you don't think you need to follow-up on your offer. You think that if they need you, your target clients will call you.

But here's the key to a successful business that keeps on getting more clients and increasing its income - it has a system in place that regularly keeps in touch with its clients and prospects.

Keeping in touch regularly means having your company at the forefront and in the minds of your clients and prospects. Constantly connecting with your target clients means having your image consistently lodged into their minds that your target clients go to you when they need your particular service. And it's not just sending your marketing collaterals such as your stationery printing once or launching a new product. In order for your target clients to recognize and remember you, you need to be consistent in building your relationships with your recipients.

People need exposure to your business if you want them to constantly be reminded of who you are and what you have to offer. Your target clients need to hear from you repeatedly on why they should rely on you on their particular concerns. They need to be exposed to you regularly so you will become familiar to them that whenever they need a service it's you they call.

And it's not just for you to say meaningless words so you can stay in touch. You also have to give them an offer that's valuable to them so they can trust you and rely on you. Valuable information can build a credible image that your target clients will cling to every time they ask for your particular customer service. Without the value in your information, you will not accomplish anything that you've set out to do when you were just starting your business.

So let me repeat: the key to a successful growing business is to constantly get in touch with your target clients. But not just to make them see you; you need to connect with them through valuable information - something they can hold on to that reflects your credibility and worth. If they can see these things in your collaterals such as your letterhead printing and stationery printing for example, it wouldn't be too hard for them to recognize and remember you every time.
