Bill Bartmann Business Tips – Should you Consider Self-Employment?

Submitted by billpr09

Being self-employed has its challenges, but it also has its rewards. When successful, the self-employed person enjoys better income, better working conditions and the right to work their own schedule. The work can be demanding, but at least they are being paid for doing what they like doing, without making their boss or the corporation rich while they are barely making ends meet.

People go into self-employment with different expectations. Some set goals as to when they can retire; others are just working at it part-time to have additional income. Some people actually start up their business after they retire.

Some people are driven by their own personal need to provide for themselves; they need the freedom to make their own decisions and they don’t care to be watched over by supervisors. For this reason, many successful entrepreneurs make very poor employees. Maybe they feel that their employers do not value their ideas, so they go into business for themselves and do things their own way.

Some people start their own business so they can be paid for doing what they like to do. For example, some people like cooking or baking, so they start a catering business. Some may have a great imagination for story writing, so they write novels. Whatever you are good at and like doing can be applied to your business.

There are many advantages as well as challenges in being self-employed. A home business can be very convenient for a single mother or married, stay-at-home mom. When you work at home, you don’t have the expense of driving to and from work and you don’t have the obligation of being on the job for 8 hours or more. You have the flexibility to work your own hours while maintaining your household, taking care of kids, grocery shopping, etc…

Self-employment is not right for everyone, but for many, it is the only way. Bill Bartmann has owned several businesses; he understands the rewards of entrepreneurship and the pitfalls. Bill Bartmann offers online business courses so people can develop the necessary basic business management skills to be successful. Bill Bartmann’s Billionaire Business Systems has helped thousands of entrepreneurs reach their goals by showing them how to strengthen their business even during times of economic uncertainty. Bring out the Billionaire in you; visit http://www.billionaireu.com/

Bill Bartmann is a self-made billionaire who went from homeless at the age of 14 to becoming a billionaire, going bankrupt, then bouncing back to do it again! Bill has had his self-doubts and even bouts of depression; he wouldn’t be human otherwise. However, when self-esteem is strong and you’re clear about your values, then you can bounce back from the lows; each time, you bounce back just a little bit higher.
