GJET has higher production head to direct t-shirts printer than previous.

The particular textile inks can be used to print directly on cotton and other textile cloths. After printing, the ink is fixed using a simple heat press or a drying channel. For standard production the GJET comes equipped with a large 42cmx60cm plate for T-Shirts. Other plates for different sizes and goods are available as a choice. Depending on your application, the machine can be equipped with different ink configurations.

For the maximum production speed on white and light colored garments, the machine is equipped with 2xCMYK. Using CMYK and 4xWhite the machine offers the highest flexibility allowing you also to print on dark garments.

Unluckily not all garments are suitable for this process, but all 100% cotton t shirts, sweatshirts are no problem, the best results being achieved on the organic t shirt range.

The total solution includes software RIP for Windows which allows you to make simpler the production with integrated ICC profiles, flexible printer manage and an intuitive user interface. The RIP works with most raster and vector files used in the industry. Images can be scaled and positioned directly in the software without the need of a separate application.
