Generally, it is suggested that you give it three to six years in the entry-level positions before applying to better jobs. And after you have just about six years of experience with these types of positions you can seek positions that are Senior Partner or Partner level. Keep applying for better jobs and after a few years in the new position, apply for something better. Continue to move up until you are completely satisfied with your position.
