Are you planning to hire contract cleaners? Would you hire freelance cleaners or those who come from agency or cleaning company?

When you hire a cleaner for your house or office, you will leave all your stuffs on the care of the cleaner. Because of this, you will need someone who knows what he's doing, who has broad cleaning experience, who can be trusted and who will not overcharge you for the service.

While hiring a freelance contract cleaner can be very cost-effective, in most cases it is better to hire a contract cleaner who comes from a cleaning company. You will have that security that this cleaner has undergone training and character background check. Here are reasons why you should consider hiring a contract cleaner from a cleaning company:

• A cleaning company hire people and then train them. They will not dispatch a person to do a service if he hasn't done training; otherwise, it will reflect the credibility of the company. They can hire a person with no experience but they will train him and give him necessary experience. You will be sure that when you hire a cleaner from a cleaning company, you are getting someone who is good at what he is doing.

• You don't have to pay taxes for the cleaner as the cleaning agency or the cleaning company takes care of taxes because the cleaner is basically their employee.

• Cleaning companies conduct background check of all their cleaners. This gives you the peace of mind that the person who will be cleaning your house or office is someone who you can trust.

• You will not have to worry about conflicts with schedule. When you hire a freelance cleaner and something came up that messes up with the original schedule, you have no choice but to delay cleaning first. Whereas, if you hire a cleaner from a cleaning company, when the person cannot work on a particular schedule, you will be able to get a replacement. You don't have to pass a cleaning schedule as the cleaning company will always be able to give you a cleaner even if your regular cleaner can't make it on schedule.

Hiring a contract cleaner from a cleaning company is a wise choice. But if you fully trust someone who can clean for you, that is alright. But if you have to hire someone you really don't know personally, just hire from a cleaning agency instead.
