You may perform a coaching role as part of your job. This could be training new employees and ensuring that they are up to speed with the systems, processes and procedures used by your company, or it could to help them pass a professional recognised qualification. By knowing how to help people learn, and discovering different ways in which people learn, you can help people to learn more efficiently and effectively, and have the right knowledge quicker.
