We all have ways of relieving stress. A lot of people drink casually to lift the burden of the day. Some people like to smoke, but there are a lot of people that take it to extremes. You may not notice because you are busy yourself in an economy like ours. Recent advancements in hair drug testinghas enabled employers a way to tell whether their employees are living a healthy lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle at home means a proper working style in the office. If they become offended and walk out, you know there was something going on and it's time to get someone else.

A problem arises when it someone that you've worked with for a long time and don't want to leave. You know they are a great person, but you know something is wrong. But you also know that they are keeping down the company. If you can't tell the person that they need to get help, then you become the cause of your companies decline. You must leave personal interests out of the work place or your business will fail.

Take a moment and look at your own way of living. Do you believe it is healthy? As a point of reference, make sure that you aren't punishing someone else for a mistake that you're making. In times of great stress, it's often cause enough to push your pressures onto someone else. Imagine if an employee came up to you and offered one of these tests to you. Would you be shocked and offended? Be careful. If you can't bring yourself down to the level of your employees they will not want to work with you. Evaluate your life and your employee's life before throwing around subjective ideas.
