Most customers tend to be more honest through email interaction than in person. Listen to what they have to say and learn not only about their wants but also their woes. Then you do something about it afterwards.

5. Real Action.

Email marketing is all about the call to action. You are helping your customers decide to buy or avail something. You want action and you will be able to achieve that by combining your words, images, credibility and power of persuasion.
