In fact one of the most important steps for a seller to take is to keep all of the most current information as a part of each and every listing. In fact, while reading the description the buyer makes a decision whether to continue looking or to move on to another seller’s item.

Start by anticipating prospective buyer questions as a part of your listing descriptions. Really work to assemble every fact and figure that buyers will want to know about your item the better your description the better your chances to make money on eBay.

It is important to remember that many buyers won’t take the time to email their questions when the information is not contained in the listing. They will simply move on to the next auction that has a like item available. You cannot afford to have this happen if you are to make money on eBay.

Remember to answer the prospective buyer directly when a question is emailed to you. But don’t stop there. To make money on eBay requires that you provide that same information to all prospective buyers. As appropriate questions are asked be sure that the question and your answer become a part of your ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ for future use.
