PURE Communications Acquires Andromeda’s Training Business

PURE Communications, one of South Africa’s premier PR & Communications companies, has acquired the training business from Andromeda Call Centre Solutions for an undisclosed amount. Andromeda has developed a series of soft skills training courses for the call centre industry, such as telephone sales and customer service skills programmes. However, they also have developed sales training courses and presentation skills workshops that have been popular for recruitment agencies and technology companies. Those can benefit in any enterprise in South Africa.

‘Andromeda has developed an impressive line up of training courses’, said Gregory Serandos, CEO of PURE Communications, ‘but these programs have been limited to the call centre industry. We think there is tremendous potential to roll these programs out to the enterprise, corporate, and government markets as well. We have looked at virtually every communications training program in the country and have found nothing that touches Andromeda’s programs in terms of quality, innovation, and entertainment value.’ He continues, ‘Our BEE credentials will add additional benefit to customers.’
