Obama Health Care Passes HouseSubmitted by AureliaMasterson Wed, 24 Mar 2010
Executive Summary - Looks like this Obamanation is going to become a law. The Senate will modify and Obama will sign it.
What It Will Cost People - Estimated cost to be $5,800 a year for a single person and $15,200 for a family plan. The people are out of work, homeless, business is bad and they pull this. They are clearly trying to destroy the USA so one world order can move in. This bill will cost the USA $600,000,000,000 over 10 years. There will be 19,000,000,000 people receiving a subsidy of $6,000 to help pay for this health care insurance. Here come the banksters again. Health care stocks going up and you get to pay for it. Obama does not a thing to help the publicly supported people get productive. People with incomes of $200,000 or families with incomes of $250,000 with be subject to a new 3.8% medicare tax. These people will also be taxed on unearned income, dividends, capital gains and interest. These are the potential trouble makers and rest assured Obama would love to see these people leave. Those with incomes of say $25,000,000 a year or more are the favored class. They also plan to tax people with premium health insurance costing over $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families. Union members frequently have such plans and also some government workers. These people will be subject to a 40% premium on their health insurance premiums. Mandatory Insurance - By 2014 most people will have health insurance or face a fine which the IRS will collect. Children Benefits - These will be extended until the child reaches age 26. Virginia Filing Lawsuit to Strike Down the Healthcare Bill - The basis for the lawsuit is a constitutional one. The constitution gives the Fed the power to regulate interstate commerce. Not buying health insurance is not interstate commerce. Doing nothing cannot be construed as commerce. If you buy insurance then congress can regulate this but the bill over reaches by mandating the purchase of insurance or the IRS will collect the fines and penalties. Attorney Generals in 11 states as a minimum are ready to file constitutional challenges in court to this new bill. The states include Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Nebraska, Texas, Pennsylvania, Washington, Utah, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Some of these lawsuits will be based on state sovereignty. Analysis - It remains to be seen how the courts will handle these complaints. Complaints filed by Attorney Generals are not like complaints filed by Orly Taitz the attorney who led the birther lawsuits. They can swat her down but swatting down attorney generals can have consequences. States can get ugly. Secession is the next step if the Fed forces the states to comply. Secession does not require the permission of any Federal Court, it is just done on a state level. If the Fed does not like it then they would need to resort to violence and the Fed does not have even a fraction of the support it needs for this. It looks like states seceding from the union would be a likely result of the federal courts agreeing with the fed. The case is really black and white. Attorney generals know the constitution. They like to not follow it when convenient and there are numerous cases of state prosecutors making laws p to charge people. In any even they do know the constitution and will use it when it suits their purposes. If the courts make a mockery of the constitution they will go to the next level which is secession. Look to see more and more talk of secession as saber rattling from the states. http://www.panamalaw.org
