Restore America Plan - Update, Thoughts 4/30/10

We are still waiting for objective 100% conclusive "signs" or evidence that this is taking effect. RAP is real but is it working is the question.
There are some changes to government websites on the state level. No Governor has announced anything regarding significant governmental changes. No one has observed any gold trim flags being replaced in any courtrooms. We have not seen the IRS stop its collection practices. We are not seeing liens vacated. We have not seen foreclosures stopped. We have not seen any evidence of the military being involved. We have seen some expired deadlines.
We did see an amazing Tim Turner $50,000,000,000 maritime lien which indicates something is going on since this is very atypical especially considering it caused several judges to "retire" early and it is expect that the prosecutor is going as well. Curiously these positions are not going to be replaced.
We do believe the De Jeur Grand Juries are being trained in correct lawful practices and procedures but this does not mean anything other than they are being trained. Will anyone listen to them is of course something that is "a priori" (before experience). We hope this is more than a bunch of well meaning folks who studied the law and saw how they could create lawful change and are hoping the de facto courts listen to them because it is lawful. This is an example of not being able to see the forest from the trees. Those in control do not follow the law is the problem. The use of force (the military) lends the necessary power to the move and will thrust it into 100% success. We are not aware of any changes in troop movements like the wars stopping, any aircraft carrier positional changes, closing of any military bases etc. Billions of dollars are being burned up daily with the wars and lives are being lost daily as far as we know. We do hear rumors of FEMA incarceration facilities being built and there are numerous photos of such facilities on the internet. We do see the Oklahoma Governor squawking about making militias illegal.
On the other hand. The military might want to be crystal clear that they are not accused of doing a military coup. So they may have gotten a case of partially cold feet and asked the De Jeur Grand Juries to start working and return accusations against the government officials operating contrary to the constitution. This would give them more lawful protection for them to proceed with forceful action. It is a theory that holds water. BUT when you have delay it is dangerous, very dangerous.
The "sovereigns" have a habit of reading, chatting and doing little action. As of late I think mostly due to bad economy and numerous foreclosures they have decided to take action using the courts. This is mostly to save their homes but it also has served to open their eyes. The other side is indeed very active and extremely proficient in conspiracies, blackmail, extortion, insurrection and espionage. They also have a lot of resources and trained personnel. They do not want to be running the government in Kenya, they prefer the USA. They have been doing this a lot longer than the Guardian Elders and the Grand Jurors. This is why I feel delay is a very bad sign, extremely bad.
If the military wanted the grand jury decisions before action they did not say so at onset as evidenced by the three day notice which then converted to a fourteen day notice which appears is being ignored by the Governors as far as we can see. Let's say the military gets these decisions from the grand juries, they might impose another condition and this leads to more delay, discouragement etc.
What is it the federal government wants? They want the people to think resistance is futile and hopeless. This gives them the mindset to move forward with their plans which are not your plans. It is to a great extent a battle taking place to control state of mind. They are extremely proficient in what they do. They have the mass media. If anything undoes them it will be due to the Internet. The Guardian Elders are proficient too, but how many of them are there? What resources do they have? Did they come to the military? No the military came to them! The latest rumor is that the attorney generals have been given another week to get the foreclosures to stop or they would be arrested. My question is do they mean arrested as in handcuffs and a prison cell or arrested like their bonds will be arrested? The week is almost up. I am not expecting to see them stop but I could be wrong.
What do I think the military has to do? I think they need to send 10 armored Humvess with armed soldiers, a couple of tanks and five or so heavily armed attack helicopters hovering in the air to each Governor when he is in the state capital. I would think five or so fighter jets doing low altitude fly bys would reinforce the point very nicely. The state police, city police and county sheriff deputies will be told to stand down and disband, report back to your headquarters and await further orders. They will go promptly. Their firearms are useless against the humvees, the tanks and the helicopters. Resistance would be futile.
Then MP's take the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Treasurer, Secretary of State, Attorney Generals, etc into custody with chains. This is what I think it will take to get them out. If the Provost Marshall and a contingent of four or five assistants with sidearms and orders signed by a general, de jeur grand juries, etc walk into the Governor and tell him to leave he will have them thrown out or arrested by his police forces.
These people are not going to let go. They have amassed tremendous wealth they do not want to lose. They are enemies of the people and do not want to suffer wrath at the hands of the people when their de facto illegal and unconstitutional court system, tax system, and practices are exposed on TV and in the papers. The scene would be like the villagers storming Dracula's castle with pitchforks when they learned he was the vampire killing them (taken from a movie of course). They do not wish to pay for their crimes. They will hang on until the end. When they see the tanks and helicopters well at that point in time some of them will say wait, wait I was going to sign, give me the papers now, I'll sign. Such is their nature. If the military did this to three or four Governors on TV the others would walk out promptly to avoid being led out in chains on TV.
Again the jury is still out on RAP. Do make up a date in your mind where you will give up on RAP if the outward signs are missing. I do hope the outward signs start to appear and soon. We want RAP to succeed. Some have already given up since the two governor deadlines have been passed. I cannot tell you what to do. I can suggest that you take a position of seeing signs at some point of just giving up on it and put your energy into other movements that might be more productive. These other movements will for sure be on the way shortly. In any event RAP opened the eyes of many people. They educated many correctly identifying the evils. These guys had the guts to try and maybe they will yet be successful. Do not resent them, thank them even if it does not work. Be wise and discerning. Analyze every fact you can and do not be deceived. Question everything. Nothing will ever be the perfect answer. Nothing will ever make all the people happy.
Ask yourself this question. If you were the Guardian Elders and had things under control would you not arrange for some strong signs to be given. Signs that would be meaningful to us but meaningless to the masses. This is a speculative question with no firm answer just food for thought. Once again we wish RAP success.
