What is attitude? Attitude is a manner of thought and feelings. It is the behavior. A lot of people say that an attitude is very hard to change. Many say also that you can change yourself. I mean you're the only one that can change your own attitude. Maybe they are right. But the question is how? Attitude is important not just in our daily living but also in our world of business.

The question is how we are going to change the attitude. The best answer to this is persuasion. Persuasion has the only power to get through the affective, behavioral and cognitive response of a person. Let us see how persuasion could change these 3 responses to get better results.

Affective response is the emotional response of a person. That's the simplest way to describe affective response. How can you apply persuasion to change this response at once? Then continue pulling it out till you can change it.

During your marketing and sales with your client, it is also important for you know what kind of attitude your client has. You will see this through his actions and responses to your conversation. Using the power of persuasion, you will see these things clearly and you can even change the behavioral responses of your clients.

Persuasion can also change the cognitive response of people. When you are exposed or during your persuasive communication, the member of the audience or just a client has two distinct responses. He thinks of your opinion, on what you are saying, and also of his own opinion from the information and knowledge he has. I think this is the hardest of all the responses that you need to change. One tip I can give you is you must be more knowledgeable and you must do your homework in researching information to back up your persuasion to change that cognitive responses.
