As an Internet entrepreneur representative, I must provide the right attitude to the individual, family, and the community, regardless of age, color, creed, culture, disability, gender, nationality, politics, race or social status.  I must enforce a positive attitude daily, until they it is integrated and has become a part of my ethical nature as I promote professional loyalty on behalf of the established ethical system. 

The conduct of my business arena should always be professional and competed in establishing relationships. Any serious conscientious member of a business organization will be mindful of the fair social action of performance in any current issues, regardless of any bias opinion.  One of the main ethical principles reminds me, as a representative is to remember the importance of the respect for human rights and to respect their customs and beliefs. As a primary communicator throughout the Internet circuit with the clients of all different age groups, ethnicity, gender, and lifestyles, I must provide integrity and accurate communications online as if I was with them face-to-face.

It is very important to understand that words in the virtual world need to have clear explanations to convey the presentation of assigned tasks. The nonverbal expressions, also trains, teaches, and assist the team members to be mindful that the decisions are based on realities and not decided upon by a non-verbal reaction of ignoring the problems. A virtual reality team meeting is based on the written word, and that is just as important as the spoken word of an office atmosphere. Words are often the least effective communicator, because anyone can conclude, add, or delete their own defined meaning of a word. Words are often misunderstood, but in our virtual reality group meetings, we can always refer back to training videos for the clarification of an assignment if it is needed to make a decision or solve a problem. The sincerity of speakers in a group meeting can exhibited many nonverbal expressions through their gestures, hand positions, facial expression, and eye contact, but our team meetings are based upon the sincerity of our words. Our team is a virtual organization divided by many states, but we are a unified group of organized thoughts and ideas.  We have been successful in our daily endeavors of communicating and learning new Internet skills and techniques.
