Learn to walk before you run

This article isn't geared to the marketing and site experts, but rather people new to making some money online. Now I know the statistics report that fully 90-95% aren't going to make a dime online. Maybe I can change that a bit.

At the end of last year, specifically October, I had joined numerous sites for free and was hopping back and forth when it hit me. I was really wasting my time and not getting anything accomplished. I looked around and picked one resource to show me about "everything online", including building a site, maintaining and marketing it, and has a forum with experts waiting to help when asked.

Now, I don't want this to be a sales letter, rather your resource for finding the same help I did. The resource is called TOPS, which stands for "Top Online Profits". It was started by Erich Winnecke, an expert in his own right wanting to share his knowledge and help others to follow in his path. He has done this resoundingly well. The man earns in the top 6 figures year in and year out, so I figured he could show me how to be a success online.

Actually, I was in contact with him about a year earlier after I wrote him and asked about how he did so well in SFI and became the Top Sponsor in that business. He suggested I join his TOPS 3 phase program then, but I didn't. Finally, in March of this year, I did join. Since then, I've learned more in 5 months than in 5 years on my own.

I've always enjoyed working with my own site, and now I can. I'm not making enough yet for a full time income but it's just a matter of time. The point is I know exactly what I'm doing and know how to market it for the results I need.

The TOPS 3 phase program is one of the most successful programs ever. Yes, it costs a little to join, but I look at that as an investment in my future (remember it's also tax deductible) as are most things connected to running an online business. The other thing that blew me away was the help and support of the people at the TOPS forum. Post a question or ask for help and you have it literally in minutes.

Now, the program isn't easy. Less than 20% who join Phase 1 make it to Phase 3. But, if you do you can design sites for other people. I'd much rather work for myself than put the money I earn in someone else's pocket.
