MLM Mentors Essentials: Stop Being a Victim

I bet you may well be thinking…

"Oh no here we go, do unto others, blah blah blah..."

Everybody has probably heard the golden rule and it has sadly become cliché, but how many people actually lives their lives based on it?

I would venture to guess you probably said "very few" or "none" or "That's impossible"

I suggest to you that this is how EVERY PERSON lives because you do not have a choice.

Ultimately you treat others as you wish to be treated and you get your wish every time. As a MLM mentor you must recognize this.

Here's an example…depressed Jim seems to have a outlook that people are bad or mean. Whether those people mean to treat him badly or not, he will see it that way. In fact, he will actually encounter more people who intend to treat him badly!

You do not have to believe me. I urge that you look in your own life for evidence, but this is often a difficult box to see out of. It is much easier to see this going on with other people.
Have you ever driven in a car with someone who gets upset because of how other people drive?

Watch how they drive for a bit. Would you define it as aggressive or passive? Have you ever seen them cut someone off? Have they ever driven right up on someone's bumper because they thought this person was driving too slow? Interesting...

If you would, but look you will see that you have, in some form or another, done the things that you get mad at.

EX. you see some guy "double dip" and it "makes" you angry. Maybe you have never double dipped, but have you; drank out of the milk carton EVER? Maybe been in a hurry and not washed your hands that well? Or maybe just as simple done something you knew was less than sanitary? Ate something off the floor, how about the five second rule?

Much of personal growth amounts to personal responsibility.

In the end you have to take a look in the mirror and you will see the future you are creating.
