The steps to success begin with having a vision. Therefore, I was thinking about the vision for my life today. The Bible says in this proverb scripture that, "Without a vision, the people perish." It recognizes that without a vision it averts loss, decline, disinterest, and stagnation in people. Therefore, we must have a vision and a purpose for our lives.

JamesRay, from the movie “The Secret” says that, “If we are not growing we are dying”. Therefore, having a vision for our lives is critical!

Many people have discovered their vision and their purpose through a home-based business to experience “success online” which can create tremendous financial success. However, most people who come into network marketing with no prior experience in the industry don’t truly understand the industry. They bring with them their experiences from traditional businesses or a ‘job mentality’. They enter a whole new way of doing business and sometimes it's difficult for them to comprehend what this industry is all about--especially how it applies to their vision and their purpose for life.

The steps to success in the home-business industry require a vision---a “huge vision” for “changing the course of your life”! There are some people who will look at a tremendous network marketing opportunity and say, "Isn't this a cute business”? I could make some money in my neighborhood". Others might look at the same opportunity and see the global possibilities of unlimited potential. I believe you will only build a business as big as your vision. If your vision is small, you'll build a small business; and if your vision is large, you'll build a large business.

Being involved in a home-business and experiencing “success online” is so exciting. It is truly the steps to success because you can choose what kind of people you want to work with. You always want to look for visionaries with big dreams. Let’s say you could choose only 5 people to work with. Which five would you choose? I don't know about you, but I'd pick the five sharpest people I knew: visionaries that were open to “changing the course of their lives” and to create “unlimited wealth”. I'd choose people who were ambitious, hard working, motivated, and inspired to use their home business as “success strategies” for their future-- with the same kind of vision I have for my life and future!

However, in this industry, I see people operating out of scarcity and begging people to join them in their home-based business and experience “success online”. I wonder why anyone would try to coax and convince others to join their organization. What happens to you and your business when you adopt this demeanor? Well, if you have to coax and convince people to get involved, then you’ll also likely have to coax and convince them to do something once they're in your organization. That would be like a job! I recommend that you look for people like yourself---people who have a vision and use it in the steps to success for their financial future and for “changing the course of their lives”!

If you have a vision for growing a large home-business you can't do it alone. The people you work with must have the same vision and purpose for their life that you do. Look for people, just like you, with enthusiasm, excitement, and vision. Choose people based on their qualifications and find out if they are ambitious and they have a desire to improve the quality of their lives. It is critical to find people that have the same kind of “success strategies” you have for their financial futures and want to use it as their steps to success.

The steps to success begin with having the right vision for your future. If your vision is not big enough, it could sabotage your own success. The words that come out of your mouth are limited to your vision. If you have a small vision, you will tell a teeny weenie story and build a small business. If you have a big vision you have the potential to build a big business.

It is important that you understand the magnitude of this industry and your company. You must be sold first because YOU have the power to mold the vision, create the story, influence the outcomes, and change the lives of thousands of people. Our vision is EVERYTHING and the path to success begins with a “big vision”.
