Integrity means wholeness throughout, respecting your word, no matter how you feel. Old habits might try to pull you back to a comfortable state, but this feeling is universal for everyone who goes through a personal change. The critical trait of not only big time MLM mentors, but all hard workers who have integrity is they do things based on principle not based on how they feel.

Integrity is also one of the defining building blocks that earn respect in collaboration with authenticity. This fits perfectly as integrity and authenticity always are impossible to differentiate.

It is not possible to be fake and have integrity!

Deep down you can be aware of this because every time you have gone back on your word or let yourself down you felt it. Coincidentally integrity is earned every minute of your life, it has nothing to do with what you have done before, good or bad. Integrity is not so much a component as it is a way of life. I'm sure the MLM mentors in your life who you respect undoubtedly have integrity.

I am by no means implying this will be easy, it may be grueling depending on where you're at, but being honest when you don't have to be builds a confidence and self image faster than anything else.

I understand as a MLM mentor you are dedicated to your success and the success of others, so go out there and earn the respect you deserve.
