Update on the Restore America Plan, Guardian Elders & De Jeur Grand Juries

Today is 4/19/10. Many of us have been listening to the Guardians of the Republic and restore America Plan Tim Turner and Sam Kennedy doing sporadic broadcasts. The information we have been getting is sketchy at best. They do state they are going to be secretive about this. I guess the big question is whether or not RAP is real and has legs? Thoughts follow.

Tim Turner and Sam Kennedy have a reputation in the community of people enlightened to the evils of the federal corporation masquerading as the USA government. If the RAP is a nothing or turns into a nothing their reputation and credibility will be ruined in that people will be very slow to take them seriously. A comeback would be possible but most slow and difficult. One would have to be most doubtful that these two bright and gifted people would pull something they were not sure of. Of course we have to leave room for them making a mistake and believing what they were led to believe and it unwinds differently from what they expected.

April 19th Deadline is up - They originally served the fifty governors with papers asking them to step down in three days or else take a new oath to defend the constitution, a blood oath if you will. The three day deadline became 14 days and it is up today and we do not see these changes. Arizona Governor signed a bill regarding gun rights and affirmed a dedication to the constitution. The letter still referred to the State of Arizona not the republic so it is probably just a coincidence. Since we see nothing regarding states changing names, governors talking new oaths etc we can safely assume the RAP has failed. They will most likely continue their silence and possible tell us there has been time extensions. I would say forget this one working. Let's keep analyzing it.

Silence - They kept saying they need to keep silence yet they also said foreign nations and bankers were involved. Curious how it all was kept secret worldwide. There was allegedly a Hague Court case as well. Folks Hague Court cases are public and take years to go through. No one has ever presented such a Hague Court document or ruling. I doubt the Guardians recognize the Hague Court in any event and suspect this to be just a rumor. The silence thing can keep this RAP running for a lot longer than it would without the silence. Remember all this secrecy is a tool of the oppressors. If they felt a need to be silent why not just keep the whole thing quiet and not talk about it on internet radio shows. See what I mean. These fellows sure become known amongst a few hundred thousand people who never heard of them before, this writer included. These guys are also in the seminar business.

Law Enforcement and RAP - We are getting reports of FBI interviews of Tim, Sam and some grand jurors. Folks this is how it starts. They can be putting together a case. If they are going to file a case then it is doubtful that the military is favorably involved. The military has law enforcement and intelligence agencies that operate in the USA, legally or not, and they are very active. There is Military Intelligence of US Army, Coast Guard Intelligence, NCIS of Navy and the Airforce has the Office of Special Investigations. These special agents carry guns, badges, credentials and can arrest people. They go to meetings very frequently with all the other federal agencies including the FBI. So if the military is involved why the FBI interrogations? This makes little sense UNLESS the federal corporation can no longer control the military and is directing its private security forces (FBI) to investigate the guardians. This would then be a positive sign, but leaves me very confused and it can just as easily mean these guys have zero support from the military.

The federal corporation will be careful about filing charges against the RAP people and grand jurors expecting a legal fight. They never saw anything like serving the Governors with documents like this before. They have fears of the documents getting publicized so a major media block needs to be organized and this seems to have been accomplished although the guardians say this is what they want, again very confusing. The federal corporation lawyers need to have time to figure out what to do. They have no lawful way around it for sure, but passing gun laws doesn't stop crooks from having and using guns, if you get my drift. These are crooks operating under color of lawful government and lawful authority.

I personally do not think their courts diligently follow any sort of law, rules, regulations or whatever one refers to them as. I think the judges are there to protect the elite corporations, the appellate courts are there to keep the lower courts in line and the supreme courts are there to keep the appellate courts in line. Bottom line is if they run them through the admiralty corporate criminal courts they will railroad them. How can you apply any form of law to a lawless entity impersonating a court? When you hear the phone calls about the sovereign law teachings it is frequently mentioning things like the court is ignoring me, they removed it from the record, the clerk won't record it, they rejected the filing, etc. Once again these guys are teaching truth but the courts are not going to let truth or law rain on their parade.

Government Appears to be Operating as per Normal? - This can be the way they are playing it until the end. It can also be that there is no threat to them from the RAP? Inconclusive and confusing. If we see any more movements like this and they talk of secrecy we would be wise to tell them to go away with their secrecy doctrines and write them off immediately. Sure they can make a doctrine for the secrecy but look how long this RAP strung perhaps one million people out with their secrecy story.

Obama Not Being Able to Finance a bond based on health care he got passed - Ok there are many states filing court cases to not have their people included in his health care bill if they do not want to participate. This alone would stop foreign and domestic bankers from buying such a bond. A state suing the fed is serious. When many of them get together and do it jointly it is more serious yet. So RAP may have not a thing to do with this failure to finance issue if it is even in fact true which I do not know.

Arresting Bonds - I hear people talk about this much but they always seem to have enforcement issues. I say always because I know of no case personally first hand where it worked and they actually collected damages, but maybe some actually did in the early years of this education. The fed is treating these filings as frivolous actions and ignoring them less their whole system falls apart from these filings. The fed will NOT let people take apart their system and bankrupt them using their own legal infrastructure to do so. Get this down. Their courts are there to serve and protect them, not you. I do believe occasionally people using the sovereign teaching beat a traffic ticket or some other silly matter but extracting massive amounts from them? Come on this is absurd. I look at it like five cats holding a trial for one dog to see if he is guilty of harassment. The dog claims trespass into his yard and self defense who is going to win, the cats or the dog. You are the like the dog. If their RAP is based solely on filing papers hoping for justice in an unjust land I would say forget it completely as a waste of time. If the military is respecting such filings as valid then this changes everything big time but there is not one shred of evidence or proof of military involvement anywhere.

Not Very Many Signs of Change - The new york state apostille did some changes and we saw three "state" websites that changed compared to 2008 archive.org. Again something but not much. This could be states making cosmetic changes to weather a storm that would start when the documents containing the allegations contained in the RAP papers that were served on the governors gets into the mainstream media. The cosmetic changes would serve to confuse people with little knowledge attempting to verify the documents when they are in the mainstream talking heads media. We do think the RAP documents will make it into the mainstream media.

Offers of Repentance - Is this biblical? On the surface yes BUT look at what we know these evil people have done. Their numerous crimes against the people. Locking people up for decades and ruining their lives over violating a corporation statute where there is no victim. Robbing the people for personal gain and calling it taxes. Tricking the people into becoming indentured servants their whole life. Now we tell these people ok renounce your old oath and sign a new one and we are going to trust you? Whoa. They quote the bible regarding forgiveness. What about casting pearls before swine. What about the thief repaying what he stole seven times. Sure we can forgive them, fine. But entrust them again in a powerful public office? What is wrong with this picture? They could regroup, corrupt the military and bring doom and gloom on the people again. These people view the constituents as slaves subservient to them who are not deserving of a free life. They could never have gotten where they did without being an accomplished liar. And all of a sudden they are going to stop lying. These people are in all sorts of secret orders, lodges, organizations with treasonous oaths etc. This was a most curious flaw with their plan.

What to do? - I would give up and switch support to other movements. Notices of continuances dragging it on for months would make me wonder if this was something other than what they were saying and again I would lose interest. I do not think a peaceful overthrow of the federal corporation is possible. Having the military involved is not "peaceful" in that the threat of violence is very much there from the military. The saving grace is that the military is strong enough to cause a stand down of the federal corporation security guards impersonating as law enforcement officers. A continuance with mention of disappointments, causing delays would have served to open the eyes of many people but the movement would have no legs.

I for one learned a lot when I read the documents they sent to the governors. Using their own courts and "legal" system against them is not going to work. These "courts" just put on a performance, expect no justice. Getting to recognize the constitutional legal system and you as a freeman is not going to come about just because you assert your rights to them. Once again the military is use of force and if they are on board then it will go but we have not one shred of hard evidence this is the case and lacking this the best course is to forget this one and look for other methods.
