Swtor Is Yet Another One In The League Of Mmorpgs

An SWTOR account will offer the gamer choice between being a member of either of the two factions - the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. These factions will have different moralities, which is also the game's main focus. That is the character differentiation will be made using the player's faction and morality. Like in other MMORPGs, there will be different classes in each faction, all of them with a distinct history and continuing storyline affected by the moral choices made by the player. These classes will be exclusive to one faction or the other. BioWare has confirmed all eight classes. For the Sith Empire these will include the Bounty Hunter, Sith Warrior, Imperial Agent and Sith Inquisitor. For the Galactic Republic there will be the Trooper, Smuggler, Jedi Knight and Jedi Consular. A Swtor Accounts will also offer the use of cover mechanics for the first time in MMO game play.

Players will be able to close continuing storylines or open new ones with their choices. They will be able affect their non-player companions. An SWTOR account will offer more contexts for characters' quests and missions than other MMORPGs. There is going to be full voice dialogue feature to enhance gameplay. There will be a variety of NPCs for the players to choose from. Dozens of planets will be available for the players to access them; these include Korriban, Ord Mantell, Nal Hutta, Tython, Coruscant, Balmorra, Alderaan, Tatooine, Dromund Kaas, Taris, Belsavis, Voss, Hoth, Corellia, Ilum and the moon Nar Shaddaa. SWTOR account holders will also receive their own Star-ship. They will also have a variety of playable races to choose from. Some of them have been confirmed as Chiss, Human, Miraluka, Mirialan, Rattataki, Sith Pureblood, Twi'lek and Zabrak. Whereas Humans will be able to choose any available class, rest of the races will be limited to few classes only.

The storyline:

The plot is set in the fictional universe of the Star Wars some time after a strained peace effort between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. The story happens 300 years after the events of the ‘Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic' games and more than 3,500 years before the events in the Star Wars films. The first thing that a person needs to do is understand the game play. The swtor account gives access to the game play which can be summarized in a simple way. The game has two cities which are namely the Galactic Republic and Sith Empire.

Swtor Account holders will find out that in the story, the Jedi hold the responsibility for sith's success during the Great Galactic War which went on for 28 years. The war led to the Treaty of Coruscant prior to the Cold War. The Jedi have chosen to relocate from Coruscant to Tython, where the Jedi order had been founded initially. The Sith control Korriban, where they have re-established a Sith Academy. The game begins as new conflicts arise.

The online game is still in development phase, being worked on by BioWare. SWTOR was announced back in 2008 and is set to be released by early to mid 2011.
