WoW Leveling Guides - 5 Simple Yet Effective Tips

There are many WoW leveling guides scattered around the internet, however with a few simple techniques you'll find that 70 is not such a hard thing to obtain. I've leveled 6 characters to 70 using these techniques, and I can honestly say that they work. I'm not saying these techniques can replace the guides, as some of them are very good. What I aim to accomplish here is to create a more focused gameplay experience.

Tip #1) FOCUS. This is an underestimated, and overlooked tip. Chatting with friends and helping guildies with side-quests are HUGE distractions on your way to 70. I know this is a "social" game, but you want to get to 70 sometime this year don't you? Think of all the times you spent chatting with friends. Imagine if you had spent that time leveling. You'd probably be 70 by now, or very close.

Tip #2) FORGET PROFESSIONS. Professions take up so much time when your a "lowbie." When you hit 60-70, gold is MUCH easier to come by. You can easily powerlevel any crafting profession with gold. Gathering professions are many times faster with epic ground and flying mounts. Trust me.

Tip #3) Stick to one area. There are many areas, such as the Barrens and STV that have more than enough quests to get you through SEVERAL levels. We all know how long it takes to fly cross continent.

Tip #4) Skip instances. Unless you have a bundle of 5-10 quests within an instance, and a ready and willing group, instances are a huge waste of time until you get to 70. The time you spend travelling, finding a group, or finding a replacement member for the guy who went afk, is

Tip #5) Take Breaks. Okay this tip doesn't directly get you to 70 faster. However I find that quick 20min-1hour sessions are much more effective. After a few hours you tend to do things that waste time. Again, trust me on this one.
