Submitted by endeavor27@163.com

Designing a client authentication infrastructure requires knowledge of 70-680 Exam diverse products, communications protocols, and security policy. It also requires strong analytical ability. It might also require the ability to stand firm on security policy ancl seek alternative solutions to the technical and business constraints inherent in client connectivity.
Follow these guidelines when designing a client authentication infrastructure:
Do not put access above the need to provide secure access.Every opening you provide for your users can become a point of attack and result in damage to
your network or data theft.
Select products that provide a range of authentication options, including third-party options where appropriate. In a heterogeneous network, you
might need to provide options beyond the primary authentication protocol used in your network. For example, you might be using MS-CHAPv2 as your remote
access standard, but discover that a particular ISP users must use at some location does not provide that option. If the products you have standardized on are not flexible, you might need to authorize the purchase of additional MCSE study guides free download devices.

Look for solutions that maintain or provide single sign-on opportunities. When single sign-on is available, users have only one account and password to remember and maintain. When users have many passwords to remember and maintain, there is a larger chance that passwords will be written down where they can be stolen.
Design an overall infrastructure, but divide it into areas of design that specify client types. For example, divide it into areas such as mobile devices, remote access Windows clients, and so on. Each type of device and each specific client has unique qualities that must be addressed. Rarely will one solution fit all.
When a product must be used, and using it might weaken authentication throughout the network, seek a solution that can overcome
