Earlier, only touch screen CRT monitors were available in 17-inch diagonal sizes. But now, LCD touch screens are available in sizes of 15 and 17 inches as well. This is demonstrated by the fact that in a 17-inch CRT monitor, the viewing area is only abut 16 inches while in an LCD monitor, the viewing area is full 17 inches.

Disadvantages of touch screen LCD

In spite of some great features and advantages of a touch screen LCD, there is one problem. That is, it does not display all colors. Besides, it is also unable to display multiple resolutions as well as it is done by CRT touch screens.
