Keeping it clean from inside will help to regulate the temperature. The second thing you can do is that you can buy laptop coolers. They are to be attached underneath your laptop and they have fans running on low power and they air away all the heat of the laptop.

It is always wise to use the laptop in a properly ventilated room; the temperature of the room must be moderate for the better performance and reduced health side effects. Scientific researches have proved that continuously using over heated laptops on male laps can cause sterility problems, because the reproductive areas are sensitive to heat and it is important that the temperature of the body is kept normal. We should not take overheating as a causal issue because it causes the damage in multiple ways.

When you buy a laptop, be careful of the overheating signs and always go through the overheating part of the laptop's manual. The direction and information given in that chunk is always very useful. It can help you to understand, avoid and solve laptop overheating problem.
