We have created a unique platform for employers to come in and post their jobs for free for which only employers permitted recruiters/agencies would be allowed to work. The employer would be able to view the best possible candidates submitted by their permitted recruiters/agencies. The employers are allowed to interact with recruiters/agencies and ask any number of questions about the candidates before finally awarding them for the selected candidate.
This process will avoid scanning of 100s of unmatched resumes submitted by candidates from a typical job board, which makes it much more efficient process. The employer would be paying a significantly very low fee/commission to recruiters/agencies. Typically they pay 20%-30% of the first year base salary, if they decide to hire candidate submitted by the recruiters/agencies.
This process also makes a win-win situation for recruiters/agencies as they would get awarded instantaneously for resume selection instead of waiting for the candidate to get hired by the employer.
