At Job 360, we understand how valuable it is to hire right candidates for the success of a company. The reports shows that on an average one bad hire costs at least 10 times to the company and a good hire brings 10 time more value to the company.
We have created a unique platform for employers to come in and post their jobs for free for which only employers permitted recruiters/agencies would be allowed to work. The employer would be able to view the best possible candidates submitted by their permitted recruiters/agencies. Once employer decided to talk to the candidate or select them for further processing they can go ahead reward the recruiter with Resume Acceptance FeeTM .
The employers are allowed to interact with recruiters/agencies and ask any number of questions about the candidates before finally awarding them for the selected candidate.
This process will avoid scanning of 100s of unmatched resumes submitted by candidates from a typical job board, which makes it much more efficient process. The employer would be paying a significantly very low fee/commission to recruiters/agencies. Typically they pay 20%-30% of the first year base salary, if they decide to hire candidate submitted by the recruiters/agencies.
This process also makes a win-win situation for recruiters/agencies as they would get awarded instantaneously for resume selection instead of waiting for the candidate to get hired by the employer.
