Registry Easy gets its name from the ease that users (from advanced all the way down to novices) experience when they use the graphic interface to perform the different functions that come with this powerful cleaner. Navigation is a breeze. One of its extra features is called "Evidence Cleaner" which cleans the browser history, browser cache, and temporary system files.

The backup utility feature in Registry Easy, which allows you to back up the registry before scanning, will allow you to set a Windows Restore Point. No other registry cleaner that we looked at had such a feature. The good thing about all the extra features that come with Registry Easy is that they do not all need to be used. If you feel that the system does too good a job of clearing away what it considers to be junk files, you don't have to use that function. There may be files you wish to keep on the system for future reference. Yet it is nice to know that the capability to clean up these files is there just in case you should later change your mind.
