The term Small Business CRM is not different from the general CRM term. The only difference is that this type of CRM is tailor-made for small businesses only. Larger organizations have different goals to take care of and have different expenditure plans where as small businesses have different goals and different expenditure plans. Small Business CRMs are quite useful in terms of productivity; following are few benefits of implementing a small business CRM. Firstly, it helps increase revenues; decrease sales cycle, improves lead conversion rate, provides better customer retention and lastly bring in improved profit margins etc.
