There is not much of any real difference between a wireless laptop computer and a normal laptop computer except for the fact that the former comes with a certain kind of network card that ensures that get to hook up your laptop computer to a wireless network. In some instances, this wireless capability is embedded in the wireless laptop computer which is how it gets its name. If you were to go and purchase a laptop computer today it is very likely that you will find that the model you wish to buy has a wireless card installed internally.
