The Rendezvous has a typical Brighton feel about it. It is a grand place with an exotic foyer and looks out on both the marina and Brighton harbour. Inside it has a décor that has that old fashioned casino feel about it. Large chandeliers hang from the ceiling and the furnishings and fitments are coordinated in blues, greens and gold.

There are four bars to choose from some with great views of the harbour and gaming areas. Two bars, the Rivva Lounge and Red, provide live entertainment on weekends with dance music played till the early hours. The Oriel bar is for those who enjoy a little peace and quiet.

At the restaurant a three course meal can be had for as little as £8 though the a la carte will cost you substantially more.

The gaming area is extensive and spans two floors, one mainly blue and one mainly green. The main games are Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Punto Banco. Blackjack stakes range from £2.00 to £1,000 and the maximum roulette stake is £1,000. We particularly like the fact that one of the roulette tables has a minimum bet of only 25p, so you can play all night without risking much of a loss. There are poker tournaments every day of the week, some of which are two day events.
