Be the Master of Black JackSubmitted by anthony123 Thu, 4 Jun 2009
Amongst several casino games Black jack is one of the most popular game because its little easy to beat.
Objective Concentrate on collecting 21 points. While playing blackjack keep in mind that you will have to arrange cards to make a total counting of 21 points, be close to 21 points but do not cross the limit. All face cards like jack, king, queen are worth 10 points and the rest aces are worth 1 or 11 points. It is important to understand the value of cards to play and win the game. Before beginning the game, place the wager which will be the prize of the winner, same for online black jack. Approximately 6 people can play the game together with six or eight decks of cards. The dealer shuffles the card and places them in the shoe (a card dispensing box). While dealing the cards all the players gets two cards face up but the dealer gets one face up and the other face down. The game goes on with the struggle to be the closest or equal to 21 points, so the players either stays or takes more cards avoiding busting (going over 21 points). Now the dealer can turn up the down card, if he is 17 or above then he must stay but if he is 16 or less then he must draw. In the first round if you have an ace and a face which is called black jack, you win at the first go but if the dealer also has a blackjack which is a tie (Push or stand-off) then you get back your bet or wager. If the player has more points than the dealer but within 21 points then they gets the chance to take away something equivalent to the bet. If the dealer exceeds the 21 point limit (busting) then the remaining players are announced as the winners. There are different types of betting and they are denoted by separate terminology, they are just the same for online blackjack as well: Soft Hand: A player who has an Ace which is counted as 11. Surrender: there are certain circumstances when you would like to give up assuming great loss and you save half the bet. Hard Hand: Ace is counted either as 1 or 11, the moment it is counted as 1, it gives single value. Early Surrender: When you surrender before the dealer looks for black jack. Split Hand: When you have two first card of similar value, you treat them as separate hand. Place a second bet equal to the first bet and play both the hands separately. Late Surrender: it is surrender after the dealer checks for blackjack. You will not be allowed to quit if the dealer has a black jack. Even Money: when a dealer shows ace cards, you win with a normal blackjack and you encash your bet immediately at a 1:1 ratio. Double Down: you can double your bet by splitting the hands but you might not be bale to double down according to your sweet wish, Most of the times it is decided by the casinos. They might allow double down before splitting or might limit your double down. Here are some rules with the basic game plan for both physical casino blackjack and online black jack but before playing check the rules once again because these rules might have restrictions or limitations set by the casino owner.
