This handheld analyzer is an ideal tool for analyzing and troubleshooting Ethernet networks during the processes of construction or maintenance. It is able to test data rates and performance metrics including throughput, latency, frame loss and back-to-back frames.
The 10/100/1000M Ethernet analyzer, model DN065, includes an electrical interface and optical interfaces operating in either single or multi-mode. This advanced analyzer generates constant, burst or ramped traffic and simulates up to 500 stations. Long distance tests can be carried out with two Ethernet analyzers placed at the two ends of a WAN. The Ethernet analyzer has a USB port, via which stored data is uploaded conveniently and its embedded firmware can be upgraded. Equipped with a TFT LCD screen, the analyzer displays text and graphics in up to 16 bits color.
