Instant credit card: good as cash in most places

Submitted by articles@outdoorcamerasecurity.com

Instant credit card is available to most anyone, but those with good to great credit can receive added benefits. This instant approval of a new credit card started to become available with the expansion of the internet.

The benefits of good credit are well known like 0% introductory rates on purchases. Most also offer 0% or very low rates on the transfer of your dept from other sources. This is where the credit card holder should know the rules of keeping good credit. There should never be more than 30% of the credit limit ever used on any credit card if the card holder wishes to maintain a good credit rating. This is one of the things credit card companies and lending institutions look at when judging a person's credit rating.

This is called debt to credit ratio, and it is important that the credit card holder knows about it and manages it properly. If it is not handled in the right way the credit card holder could slip into an average credit rating. The most notable thing that will be seen when this happens is that the interest rates on the credit cards will rise without any late payments.

Keep the balance of all of your credit cards below the 30%. This is even if the interest is higher on some cards as compared to others. If there is a transfer and this balance is not kept then this could trigger a bigger monthly payment. This is because you will no longer be in good standings with the credit card companies because of the balance to limit ratio on your cards.

After the introductory is over the interest rate will rise higher than expected along with the payments. Maintaining the proper ratio is as important as making all of the scheduled payments on time. Know the facts and be cautious when using or transferring balances to the new instant credit card.

The harsh reality of our modern society is that the security of your family depends on how you handle your money. Don't make the mistake of ignoring your personal finances -- especially details about your credit cards.
