In today's economic times, having insurance is absolutely crucial. Just ask anyone who has been without health insurance, they knows the stress that mounting medical bills can can cause. Most people without insurance ignore our medical problems until they become huge problems that cannot be ignored anymore. With group health insurance, those worries are gone - you know that you (or your employees) are protected in the event of a medical condition. In addition, group health insurance allows you (or your employees) to take care of any medical conditions befor they become a major issue which leads to less days off from work and better overall health.

In addition, with group health insurance, you will get cheaper rates because you are in a plan with several different people. Individual insurance is more costly and usually does not all of the same benefits. Individual plans also tend to have huge price hikes if you become use them too often. Group policies typically have cheaper deductibles if any; cheaper co payments and a wider array of services are covered. In conclusion, it seems that the benefits of group health insurance outweigh any other options. Not only will you be able to save a tremendous amount of money, you do not have to worry if it will cost you in the long run to go to the doctor.

Lastly, you will have more options when choosing treatments because more insurance plans will most likely be offered. This not only makes you a happier consumer, but also a less stressed out patient in the end.
