Government Bearer Bonds, High Yield, 7% to 9% Interest, Term 5-9 Years

Why Bearer Bonds - Bearer bonds are like bearer share corporations. Whoever has the bond physically own it. These are not registered bonds. The government does not know who owns the bonds. There is no government registry for these bonds. These are anonymous negotiable instruments. There is no need to report changes in ownership to anyone. The bearer bonds can be owned by an anonymous bearer share corporation referred to as an S.A. Corporation. In this case the registered agent attorney would be dealing with the financial authority of the country issuing the bonds, not you. A limited power of attorney can be issued to collect the interest and have it wired to you anywhere in the world. The corporation owning the bonds can in turn be owned by a trust or corporation from another country for an even more private and secure ownership structure. The trust owning the corporation can have beneficiaries that would inherit the bonds in the event of your death. Asset protection possibilities are vast when dealing with bearer bonds. Feel free to discuss options with us.
Physical Location of the Bonds - They are your bonds, do with them as you see fit. They can be kept in a safe deposit box in the country of issuance. They can be held by a bank or stockbroker. You can take physical possession of the bonds. Please bear in mind these are negotiable instruments, like cash, and need to be reported when crossing borders in most countries.
Interest Payments - The rate for US dollar denominated bonds is 7%+. Rates do fluctuate. If you wish to have bonds in a Latin American currency the rates will be about 2% higher. Interest is paid semi-annually. Interest can be collected and wired anywhere in the world to any bank account.
Term - The term can vary. Figure 5-9 years. Bonds can be sold at any point in time on the secondary market. You are under no compulsion to retain the bonds for any period of time. Ownership changes do not need to be reported.
Denomination - The bonds come in $200,000 and $250,000 denominations. One bond is the minimum.
Ratings - Ba1, BB/Stable, BB-plus. This is one step under investment grade. Investment grade bonds generally will not offer the anonymity and high yield of these instruments. Today you do not want to buy anything not backed by a solid government. You also should want a bank account that offers government bank insurance like our Hong Kong accounts but the best yield you will get from such a Hong Kong bank is 2%.
Process - You do not have to come visit us to complete the process although it is fine if you wish to come. The bonds can be purchased using a corporation or not. We have shelf corporations available ready to go. The funds to acquire the bonds with would not go to the law firm. They would go to a large billion dollar bank where an escrow would be set up. Once the funds are in the escrow the various bonds available can be considered and then acquired. Once the bonds and the funds are in the escrow the escrow closes immediately. Fast decision making is required as this is a fast paced market and you have to move fast to get the best deals.
What to Do Next- If you are interested please give us a call and yes we will discuss country specifics, and we can answer questions you may have or make plans to proceed. Please bear in mind that there is going to be more favorable flexibility with the structuring of this investment than most investors are used to. Demand for these bonds is high and it is possible that you may have to wait a week or so for availability.
