Groombridge land is a natural beauty

Submitted by groombridgeland

Since the succession of the Conservative government, house building on Green Belt land has increased by 60%. The same is the trend with Groombridge land as well. It can be substantiated from the fact that UK has seen growth from 3287 homes during 1994-1996 (the last full years of John Majors' government) to 5265 between 1998-2003 under Labour.

In the South East in general and Groombridge land in particular, the number of Green Belt dwellings rose from 553 in 1996 to 1175 in 2000.

Under John Prescott's watch, Groombridge land is being given special attention for sustainable development.

In December 2005, Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott had given his backing to the Greenbelt land development which will include affordable homes, schools, community facilities, playing fields, shops and transport but he refused a proposal for 5,000 dwellings. Special attention to Groombridge land should also be given to meet the ever growing demand.

The message couldn't be clearer. Groombridge Land, particularly greenfield sites in close proximity to expanding urban and suburban centres, is strongly tipped to be the top investment performer for the projected future. Investors, from major property portfolio managers to individual first-time buyers, are increasingly being drawn to the exciting opportunities of buying land.
