It is estimated that five million households or one in four people in the UK experience problems owing to adverse credit, also referred to as poor credit history or bad credit history. CCJs, missed payments, defaults and some other reasons are responsible for adverse credit that makes getting a mortgage a tough task.

But things have changed tremendously with the advent of e-lending. Now one can find lenders who are sympathetic to people with an adverse credit rating or low credit score. The people with a poor record now have access to vast network of competent mortgage lenders through the Internet. These lenders specialise in mortgage solutions especially to adverse credit first time buyers.

First time buyer mortgages as the name signifies are provided to people who are acquiring a house for the first time. They are asked to pay a small part of the cost as down payment and the rest expenses are covered by the lender. The property bought, acts as collateral. A first time buyer mortgage comparatively carries a lower rate of interest. It also has a longer repayment term that makes the monthly installments low.

A mortgage for buying a house involves commitment of a long period. Therefore, it is recommended that people do their homework properly before availing a loan. They should analyse their financial capability and go in for a loan which is both convenient as well as affordable to pay back.

Adverse credit first time buyers can effortlessly find websites where one can find all information and rates of all types of mortgages. These sites are committed to work out your mortgage problems & make the deal as convenient and pocket friendly as possible. You can very easily get a mortgage to finally buy the home you had always desired.
