Student Loan ResourcesSubmitted by soccio97 Tue, 16 Dec 2008
Whether you are a first time college student or returning to school to finish a degree, one thing is almost certain, it's going to cost you. Most of us don't have the money for school just sitting around and therefore require some kind of financial assistance. Tell Me About That has the link you need so that you can find the information you need in order to make the right decisions for the needed funding.
Many of us have heard about grants and scholarships which are available for all types of situations, if you know where to look. Many have also heard about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Most institutions of higher learning will require that you first complete an FAFSA to determine eligibility for student aid. The application will be used to determine, not only, what grants and student aid you will qualify for, but also what portion of the bill your family is expected to pay. There are many sources of information available but my Student Loan link has everything you need in one place. Besides the normal ads you see at most sites, we have regularly updated articles concerning student financial aid. You can find information on loan rates, private lenders, different types of loans, grants, scholarships and bill consolidation as well as case histories from individuals just like you. Let's face it, just as schools go back in session, we are facing a downturn in our economic situation. The recent credit crunch has many of us wondering if we will be able to get the funds we need to help us and/or our children get the needed education. The current articles at my site deal with nothing but the economic crisis and how it affects all of us. Take heart, as of this writing, the news looks good for the most part. Naturally, there will be delays and added requirements in order to deter a mockery of the system such as that found at Freddie Mae and Fannie Mae. However, all initial indications are that there will not be much change through 2010 as far as the process goes. That gives us some time to sort through the mess and figure out what the next steps are. We all did a lot of research when initially checking into our education requirements. We checked for the best schools, the courses we needed and where they were offered, as well as what the cost would be. Now we have to continue to stay on top of all that and more. With the rules constantly in motion it only makes sense that you will want to be updated on a regular basis and www.StuddentLoan.TellMeAboutThat.com is the place to go. Check us out! Come back often!
