Finding Motivated Sellers in your locality

Real estate agent routinely advises the seller to list at a reasonable asking price that means a price indicated by comparative market analysis. But sometimes the seller refuses and when they refuse, agent says that seller is motivated. The seller says this is to encourage the buyer to submit at less-than-list-price offer.
You are looking for the seller whose first objective is to sell their property. Having financing knowledge and knowing lots of way to buy a house is worthless without the motivated seller to work with it. If you are dealing with any one else, you are going down the wrong path. You should actually look forward for motivated seller. It would be good to get a real estate license. Even when you are not dealing with the motivated seller and whose first objective are not to get rid of the property. A real estate license can earn you money by listing.

Why do you think that by offering these benefits seller should do a business with you over any and every option available to him/her? The answer to this question could be your unique selling proposition. By this your marketing and negotiating will become tons easier. You can greatly increase your profit from creative real estate investing.
