The registration cost of a company may be different based on what type of company you register. The standard cost are, a 5000 BGL deposit that is the liability of your company, the expenditure of the company registration processing through a solicitor which can charge from 500 EUR all the way to 1000 EUR, and a state fee. In addition, you need to submit annual accounts when you are through with the registration, so you may need to appoint a local accountant, whose expenses will vary. The whole registration process generally takes about two weeks. When the registration is completed you will get a BULSTAT number which is the ownership number that authenticates your company owns the land. This land can be purchased for the residential purpose, means you wish to purchase the land to construct a house, or agricultural, meaning you need some land for a house or farm, or it could be house with a plot of land. Bulgaria is a fantastic location to own land and all of the legalities of the progress should not deject you from doing so.
