Most Affordable Way to Get Your Property in a Florida MLS

Submitted by Adam Waxler

There are really serious difficulties with the today's housing market in the state of Florida. That's why it is a bigger factor now than in the past to utilize a Florida MLS if you seriously want to sell your home.

Because the Florida housing market is struggling, many people are trying to sell their home on their own without a real estate agent as a way to save on the commission. This is practical...other than for the fact that if your Florida home is not listed in a Florida MLS system no one is going to see it AND only licensed Florida realtors can list your real estate in a Florida MLS. Luckily we have a solution....there is a way to get your property placed ina Florida MLS and still save thousands in real estate commissions.

Let us have a look...

Most agents expect the seller to pay a commission of 6% of the selling price of the home. The selling real estate agent gets 3% and the buying real estate agent gets the other 3%. Having said that, these days a seller has more options. With the competition for customers being so challenging right now, there are a few agents that are starting to cut their part of the commission. This may save the seller several thousand dollars. One other choice is to select a flat rate MLS service where you only pay out the real estate agent a one-time payment to be able to list your property.

Regardless of which method you choose, getting your home placed in a local Florida MLS system is going to get you more traffic to your house and to get it sold in the quickest time possible. In order to sell your home in today's Florida market, you simply must be listed in a Florida MLS.

If you want to list your house in the Mid Florida MLS for a one-time flat fee then make sure to contact uKeepCommission Real Estate. To learn more just go to: http://www.uKeepCommission.com or call 941-465-9207.
