You have the option of using a cell phone at all times, or having an additional landline where you can also have an answering machine or forward calls to your cell when you are out of the office. Whether you choose to use a cell phone all the time or not is simply a matter of personal preference.

Because you will be dealing with a lot of documents, you will need to have the ability to send and receive faxes. You can either do this through your scanner and PC, or through a traditional fax machine.
