This is a lake-front community complete with a pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground for residents and their families to enjoy. Residents can also enjoy boating and fishing on the lake and biking on all the beautiful paths through local parks.

Speaking of parks, Emerson Park has plenty of nature trails to walk and bike on. This community of single family homes also has a ball field for baseball and soccer, as well as Tennis and basketball courts and a playground for the little ones. Plus it's Lake front. Plus it's affordable and the homes are moderate-to-large sized, between 1,500 to almost 2,000 square feet.

The truth is, I could just go on and on about all the new construction going on in Naples. There's also Bella Terra, featuring both town homes and large executive homes. There's Orange Blossom and Heritage Bay, and Chesapeake Cove, and all of these offer a diverse variety of home styles to choose from.
