Understand the BBQ properly

If you organize a party and want to impress your guests, then you must be a perfect cook. So that you may cook different and delicious dishes. It is not necessary that your every guest will be vegetarian; some will be non-veg. also. So you should enhance your skills and learn to cook veg. and non-veg. perfectly. For making yourself perfect in cooking you must know maximum dishes. Sometimes you hear about some new dishes about which you don't know anything. In non-veg. foods there is a food which is served mostly and people call that food BBQ. If we discuss about the quality of BBQ then it should be cooked in this way that the meat falls off the bone and melts in your mouth with an explosion of flavors.
I think people, who are pure vegetarian, will be a little bit confused about BBQ, BBQ means barbecue. Does not matters how it spells but a little definition is required to understand it properly. There is confusion in its definition. Different people give its different definition. If you ask this question from purists then they will say that BBQ is slow smoking with indirect heat from a hardwood fire. Some other will define that it must be pork. So can't define its exact definition which is acceptable to everyone.
According to Webster's dictionary, there are different definitions of this word. Some of these are explained here:-
1. BBQ is the way to cook in a highly seasoned vinegar sauce.
2. A large framework on which a large animal roasted whole or split over an open fire.
3. A place in an open air where a social gathering come and barbequed food is served.
4. A BBQ is the way to roast or broil on a rack or revolving spit over or before a source of heat such as hot coals.
5. It can be a fireplace over which meat and fishes are roasted.
