The recipe could be used everyday but you can use it to surprise your guests. Sesame Chicken is also known as Chinese Honey Chicken, Honey Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken and Sesame Honey Chicken is a long standing traditional Chinese dish that most other Asian cooking styles have adopted and transformed into their own locally unique variations.

Ingredients
12 chicken wings
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 egg
Canola Oil, for deep frying

Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
2/3 cup Lingam chili sauce or other sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon chopped green onions

Method

Trim any excess skin off the chicken wings. Cut off and discard the wing tips. Then cut each wing into two pieces at joint.

In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, flour, sugar and salt and mix well. Add the green onions, sesame seeds, garlic, soy sauce and egg and whisk together to form a thin batter.

Place the chicken in the batter and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least six hours or, preferably, overnight, stirring once or twice.

To prepare the dipping sauce, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. For more details http://www.indomunch.com
